With over 14 years’ experience, Sarah leads a team dedicated to the pursuit of justice through the Australian class action regime. Since joining Shine Lawyers in 2016, Sarah has contributed to some of the firm’s most significant class actions including the Ethicon / Johnson & Johnson Prolapse Mesh, Stolen Wages Northern Territory, Stolen Wages Western Australia, Stolen Generations Northern Territory, Westpac Life Insurance, CBA CommInsure and Colonial First State Super Insurance class actions.
Prior to joining the firm, Sarah practiced as a commercial litigation solicitor representing a broad range of clients including corporations, government, insurers, body corporates, and high net worth individuals. Her background includes practice in civil litigation in a variety of areas including contract, tort, property, equity, insurance, insolvency, bankruptcy, trade practices, and consumer protection.
