How do I request an interpreter?

Simply tell us your preferred language when you contact us and we’ll arrange for a certified interpreter to join the conversation. If one of our multilingual solicitors is available in your language, we’ll give you this option too.

Who is the provider of the translation service?

We have partnered with Connect Now Australia, who is one of the largest language translation providers, helping government and large organisations service the diverse languages spoken across Australia.

Can I choose the gender of my interpreter?

Yes. You can request a preference of either a male or female interpreter for your comfort and we will make every effort to accommodate.

Is there a cost for translation services?

You won’t pay for the initial translation of your enquiry with our Client Service Team.

If you become a client of Shine and your case has a successful outcome, any translator costs will be classified as a disbursements. A disbursement is an additional expense incurred to support your case (such as the cost of obtaining medical expert reports to assess your injuries etc).

Do you have lawyers who speak my language?
