“I strongly feel that as lawyers, we must be the ones to think first, push forward and drive our client’s matters to resolution. In my work, I try to be one step ahead of the other side, and I think there is so much benefit to be had for our clients in us being proactive rather than reactive.”

Based in our Stones Corner branch, Amelia has experience in representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in Personal Injury Law and brings a unique perspective and skillset to achieve the best outcomes possible for her clients.

From a young age, Amelia knew she wanted to be a lawyer and has always had a firm view of fairness and a passion for ensuring equality. Throughout her career, she has gained experience in catastrophic injury claims, including matters relating to the National Injury Insurance Scheme (NIISQ).

Amelia completed a Bachelor of Laws as well as a Bachelor of Justice (Criminology) at the Queensland University of Technology. She went on to achieve a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with the College of Law before her admission to the legal profession in 2016.
