Marguerita is an experienced and empathetic Special Counsel with Shine Lawyers’ personal injury team. As Legal Practice Manager for our Rockhampton branch, Marguerita guides and supports our talented legal teams in providing high-quality legal representation to the Rockhampton community.
During her childhood in a rural village in Ireland Marguerita’s father, a bricklayer, fell from scaffolding and suffered a back injury. When compensation was not available, their family struggled financially. Marguerita was driven to become a personal injuries lawyer to help others in similar situations, especially those in remote locations, such as Emerald, Blackwater and Longreach.
Marguerita takes the time to listen and understand who her clients are and how their injuries have impacted their lives. She thinks outside the box when it comes to gathering evidence. This enables her to deliver the best possible results for her clients.
