Before joining Shine Lawyers, Jarom spent a decade at a plaintiff personal injury firm, focusing on CTP claims while also working across WorkCover and PIPA matters. He started as a Law Graduate and progressed to Senior Associate during that time.

Jarom studied law at the University of Southern Queensland. While studying, he worked in a factory emptying shipping containers, which turned into an experience that would shape the direction of his career.
