Zoe Major is a Solicitor with Shine Lawyers’ Abuse Law team. Based in Shine’s Wollongong branch and servicing clients in Sawtell, Zoe represents clients pursuing civil claims involving abuse, motor vehicle accidents and public liability.

Zoe has more than five years’ experience in personal injury law, having worked across both boutique and large firms. She has developed a broad foundation in motor vehicle accident and public liability claims, along with experience in medical negligence, dust diseases and workers’ compensation matters. This diverse background supports her ability to approach matters with both technical understanding and practical insight.

Zoe is known for her ability to connect with clients and provide reassurance throughout the legal process. She is driven by a strong commitment to advocating for individuals who may otherwise feel powerless, ensuring they are supported at every stage of their claim.

A career highlight for Zoe includes assisting a young woman who had sustained serious injuries in a motor vehicle accident. Recognising her client’s vulnerability and the challenges she faced navigating the claims process, Zoe focused on providing consistent support and clear guidance, helping her progress through each stage of the matter with confidence.

Outside of her legal work, Zoe has been involved in fundraising initiatives for the Starlight Foundation and Ronald McDonald House Charities through participation in swim challenges, reflecting her ongoing commitment to supporting the community.
