Holly brings experience in legal-aid advocacy, casework, evidence and legal drafting.

Holly is a solicitor with Shine Lawyers’ practice team in New South Wales. Based in Shine’s Coffs Harbour branch, Holly is committed to pursuing strong compensation outcomes for clients.

Holly represents clients with claims involving:

• Abuse law

• Motor vehicle accidents

• Public liability

• Workers’ compensation

In her current work, Holly assists solicitors with claim set-up, evidence and legal drafting. Prior to joining Shine Lawyers, she began working in legal aid in the United Kingdom, first as an advocacy volunteer before moving into a paid role assisting with welfare benefits and housing law. She attended magistrates’ court with clients and assisted solicitors with casework and legal-aid funding.

Holly was drawn to practise law by her belief in access to justice and legal services. She values careful listening and wants clients to feel heard while going through difficult or traumatic circumstances.

Her experience also includes preparing submissions for a client’s appeal and seeing the impact of a favourable court outcome after a long process.
