Alice is involved in the following Class Action:
Alice is a Special Counsel with Shine Lawyers’ Class Actions team and advocates for Australians who have been wronged by governments, businesses, financial institutions and other organisations.
Based in Shine’s Sydney CBD office, Alice is extremely hard working with excellent analytical and technical legal skills. She prioritises group members’ needs and is experienced in navigating and resolving complex legal issues. Alice is responsive and focussed on achieving the best possible outcome for her clients and group members.
Prior to joining Shine, Alice gained close to a decade of valuable experience in complex plaintiff and defence class actions at major national firms, with a particular focus on shareholder class actions. She was also an Associate to a Federal Court Judge and worked for a leading international litigation funder.
Law is Alice’s second career. She first qualified as a social worker and primarily supported refugees and asylum seekers, including at the Australian Red Cross and Asylum Seekers Centre.
Alice’s professional background informs her highly developed communication skills and ability to provide a different perspective to the issues faced by group members. Through her legal career, Alice has been involved in pro bono matters, including advocating for refugees.
