Sarah is a Solicitor in Shine Lawyers’ Newcastle Abuse Law team, dedicated to helping survivors of abuse seek justice, healing, and recognition. With a strong background in trauma-informed practice and a fierce commitment to advocacy, Sarah represents clients with empathy, courage and unwavering determination.

Sarah has built her entire legal career around standing up for those who have experienced the profound impact of abuse. Her legal work is grounded in deep compassion, efficiency and a commitment to outcomes that truly change lives.

Sarah has already secured over $1 million in settlements on behalf of survivors, holding institutions accountable and helping clients access the compensation and support they deserve. She takes pride in empowering her clients throughout the legal process—breaking down complex legal procedures into clear, respectful communication and providing a safe, supportive environment every step of the way.

In addition to her legal work, Sarah is the Founder and Director of WGG Australia, a not-for-profit organisation committed to advocating for law reform around sexual violence in Australia. Her efforts have been recognised nationally, including features on the Lawyers Weekly podcast and contributions to publications on justice reform and survivor support.
