It’s never easy to lose somebody, but Rebecca and her team will ensure your interests are looked after during the delicate process which follows their passing.
Rebecca is an expert in helping families and individuals navigate the sensitive situations which can arise when a loved one passes away.
She joined Shine in 2011 as a family lawyer, and has spent many years since focussed on estate litigation.
Rebecca has an innate understanding of the highly emotional process which can follow a death. Her skill and experience help protect her client’s rights without exacerbating the toll often taken on personal relationships.
Among her areas of expertise are;
Acting for clients who are claiming for further provision from an Estate and representing them through the compulsory mediation process and trial (where required);
Representing elderly and vulnerable members of our community, with a particular focus on elder abuse and constructive trust claims;
Preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney; and
Acting for executors administering estates.
