Based in our Townsville branch, Rayarna is an experienced Personal Injury claims lawyer who specialises in helping people who have been injured at work, on the road or in a public place. With more than 22 years of working in the legal profession, Rayarna is dedicated to ensuring her clients receive the compensation they deserve.
Rayarna wanted to be a lawyer from High School and undertook work experience with a barrister chambers in Sydney and eventually became a legal secretary. She began her Law degree at James Cook University at the age of 30, whilst raising her twins and then went on further to become a Judge’s Associate.
With a legal background in Family Law, Domestic Violence and Child Protection, Rayarna says she has always been passionate about “always standing up for the little guy”, ensuring everyone’s voice is heard and empowered.
In addition to her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and admission to the legal profession in 2014, Rayarna has also achieved a certificate from Griffith University – ‘Making Sense of the Criminal Justice System’.
An active member and volunteer in the Townsville community, Rayarna has been a member of the Townsville Rotary Saints for the last 5 years and received a Rotary District award for service to the community. She is also involved in a fundraiser with the Townsville City Council, to raise funds for a Memorial Garden at the Belgian Gardens Cemetery.
