Priya is a Law Clerk in Shine Lawyers’ personal injury team. Based in our Caboolture branch, Priya was drawn to the law so she could make a meaningful different in people’s lives. She supports clients across a wide range of personal injury matters, including:

• Workers’ compensation law 

With a dual degree in Law and Business, Priya brings both legal insight and a strong understanding of how injuries can affect every aspect of a person’s life—from their livelihood to their future. Priya began her legal career at Shine Lawyers as an administration assistant, progressing quickly into paralegal and law clerk roles through her dedication and results-driven mindset. Her experience spans both plaintiff and defendant law firms, giving her a well-rounded view of the legal process and a unique edge when it comes to anticipating how insurers may approach a claim.
