Nehad Elmassry

Nehad is an Associate of Shine Lawyers’ Personal Injury team in Melton. He also services Shine’s Ballarat and Werribee branches. Nehad has dual degrees in Arts and Law.  

Nehad’s legal experience is varied and diverse. His initial experience was in family and criminal law, transitioning to personal injury. Nehad has expertise in motor vehicle accident claims, workers' compensation, and public liability.  

Going the extra mile for his clients is something Nehad has a passion for. He has an empathetic nature and understands the significant physical, mental, and emotional impacts of his clients’ injuries. Nehad has represented clients who have suffered life-changing, catastrophic injuries, advocating for them, and helping them to access the compensation they deserve.  

Nehad speaks Arabic fluently and is also able to read Arabic. He has a Master of Laws in Islamic Jurisprudence from Deakin University.
