Myfanwy is a Senior Associate with Shine Lawyers’ Abuse Law team. Based in Shine’s Wollongong branch, she represents clients with compensation claims involving:

Before focusing exclusively on abuse law, Myfanwy practised extensively across both plaintiff and defendant personal injury and abuse law matters. She has worked at leading firms including Curwoods Lawyers, Clyde & Co (London), Sparke Helmore Lawyers, McCabes and Wotton + Kearney. Her experience acting for defendants in abuse claims provides her with valuable insight into how matters are assessed, defended and resolved.

Myfanwy studied law alongside a Bachelor of Arts and later completed postgraduate qualifications in human rights and legal practice. She was admitted to practice in New South Wales in 2017.
