Max is involved in the following Class Actions:
Max is a Senior Associate in Shine Lawyers’ Class Actions Practice who, along with his colleagues, fights to secure justice for thousands of Australians who have been wronged by governments, businesses, and other organisations.
Max’s experience spans multiple practice areas including class actions, commercial litigation, criminal law and family law. He also has financial services litigation experience in the United Kingdom.
Since joining the firm in 2020, Max has played an integral role on a number of financial services class actions, including the Colonial First State Super Insurance, CBA CommInsure and AMP Insurance class actions, and assisting with various investigations.
Max has a keen interest in sports law, and has experience acting on multiple disciplinary tribunals and appeal committee hearings for Football Queensland.
