Lucinda Veldman

Lucinda is a Legal Practice Manager and a Senior Associate, servicing our Helensvale and Southport branches. With more than 20 years of experience as a practising solicitor, she uses her experience to advocate for and empower her clients across multiple areas of Personal Injury Law.

Focusing on Workers Compensation, Public Liability and Motor Vehicle compensation claims, Lucinda is committed to ensuring her clients right wrong and seek the justice they deserve. She also has experience in Criminal Law, Family Law and Wills & Estate Litigation.

Lucinda has always been drawn to advocating for those who needed someone to stand up for them in a crisis and she is passionate about helping others find their voice.

She completed her Bachelor of Laws in Townsville at James Cook University, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with the NSW College of Law in Sydney. Admitted to practice in Queensland and New South Wales, Lucinda is also admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in Victoria and Tasmania.

Outside of law, Lucinda takes a keen interest in financial affairs and is working toward a Diploma in Financial Planning. She is also completing her diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.

An active member of her community, Lucinda is a member of the Management Committee of the Gold Coast Community Legal Centre and regularly volunteers for community legal centres and other organisations such as community sporting groups and local medical and hospital foundations.
