Vanessa was drawn to the law out of a desire to help clients through one of the hardest periods of their lives. Her stubborn nature allows her to stand up for her clients, no matter the opposition.
Before her admission in 2020, Vanessa studied a Bachelor of Laws at Griffith University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at Queensland University of Technology. A high-performing student, Vanessa was recognised for academic excellence in 2017 and 2018. She also completed a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in creative writing and literature. She was editor-in-chief of the Griffith Journal of Law & Human Dignity, working on seven issues of the journal.
