Shiho Kagasaki is a Senior Solicitor with Shine Lawyers’ Class Actions team. As a member of the Class Actions team, Shiho represents groups of Australians who have been wronged by governments, businesses or other organisations. Shiho is one of the solicitors working on the Johnson & Johnson/Ethicon Class Action.

“We are fighting to achieve justice for thousands of Australian women who have been left with life altering complications after receiving Johnson & Johnson default implants.”

Prior to Class Actions, Shiho has practiced in Civil Litigation and Personal Injury Law, including Motor Vehicle Accident Claims, WorkCover, and Public Liability.

Shiho studied Bachelor of Laws at Griffith University, graduating in 2016. In the following year, she completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the Australian National University and was admitted to practice.

Shiho commenced volunteering with her local community legal centre when she was a student. She continues to volunteer now as a pro bono solicitor.

She is fluent in Japanese and is active in the various cultural communities in Queensland, as well as in various networking groups.
