Monique is an Associate and personal injury law expert in Shine Lawyers’ Abuse Law Practice. She has 17 years’ experience righting wrongs for everyday people and continues to seek to right the injustice experienced by clients who have suffered childhood and/or adult abuse at the hands of individuals or whilst in the care of major institutions.

Monique is driven to assist others in need and provide information to people so they are fully informed of their rights and entitlements. She is keenly aware of the impact a kind and positive client experience has, especially when working with victims of abuse.

With a work history that spans a variety of practice areas, firms and businesses, Monique bring extensive experience and insight to each case. With experience in general insurance as well as personal injury law, she has worked on claims for Motor Vehicle Accidents, Workers Compensation and Public Liability as well as Total and Permanent Disability claims.

Monique is based in the Helensvale office where she and the Shine Lawyers Law team work tirelessly to champion the rights of their clients. She has a long history of living in the south east Queensland region and is passionate about reducing the incidence of abuse in both her community and others.

“It is incredibly satisfying to make a difference in someone’s life; for them to be heard without fear of judgement.”
