As a Senior Associate in Shine Lawyers’ Class Actions practice, Michael is part of a team representing thousands of Australians in their pursuit of justice. Michael is driven to achieve the best possible outcome for his group members and is passionate about enabling wider access to justice through class actions.
“A person's capacity to pay legal fees should not block them from being able to seek justice for wrongs committed against them using the legal system."
Michael was attracted to a career in Law out of a desire to help people in difficult situations navigate the often overwhelming legal system. Before working in class actions, Michael practised in Personal Injury, Professional Negligence and Insurance. Outside of legal practice, Michael has worked as a Mediations & Investigations Officer at the Legal Services Commissioner.
