Marija is an Associate in Shine Lawyers’ Class Actions Practice who, along with her colleagues, fights to secure justice for thousands of Australians who have been wronged by governments, businesses, and other organisations.
Marija’s empathetic and understanding nature means she takes the time to learn each client’s story and help them navigate the legal process. She does not shy away from a challenge and aims to achieve the best outcome for each of her clients.
She enjoys the opportunity Class Actions present not only to make a difference in the lives of group members doing it tough but in the lives of their families and friends as well. Marija has worked with clients with significant injuries both physical and psychological and to know her work has brought them some relief is something she finds both rewarding and humbling.
Prior to joining our Class Actions team, Marija practised in personal injury law, where she helped people who were injured while at work, on the roads or in a public place to secure the compensation they deserve.
