Kenneth is an expert in personal injury law with over a decade of experience in the legal industry. Kenneth is driven to level the playing field for his clients who have been treated unfairly and the need to win for his clients.

Working across a variety of personal injury areas including motor vehicle claims, workers compensation claims, medical negligence and professional negligence claims, Kenneth excels at guiding his clients through what can be initially an uncertain and stressful time with compassion. He’s been through cases like this before and will help his clients find their way forward.

In additional to his strong experience, Kenneth also holds the highest legal qualification, a Juris Doctorate, which offers his clients an extra level of knowledge of the law and how to use it.

Kenneth is the Legal Practice Manager at Shine Lawyers Perth. He and his team ensure people in tough situations as a result of the negligence of others are not lost in the system. He is actively involved in the local community both in Perth and the wider Kenyan community around Australia.

In his free time, Kenneth enjoys playing soccer with his friends and family, a round of golf when possible and travelling the world.

“To witness a client, who at first meeting is terrified, anxious and unsure, come out the other side with a great result and a just outcome – that look of relief and happiness is very enjoyable.”
