Jenny Han is a Senior Associate with Shine Lawyers’ Class Action Team. Through class actions Jenny seeks justice on behalf of everyday Australians who’ve suffered loss due to government, corporations and other organisations more powerful than an individual.

Class actions draw their strength from numbers and sharing resources. It’s a powerful way our team seeks to redress mass wrongs.

Before working in class actions, Jenny practiced personal injury civil litigation. She has worked in the legal industry since 2012, both domestic and international.

Prior to her admission to the legal profession, Jenny obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science, which she has since evolved into a passion for communication and client facing work.

Throughout her career Jenny has valued the sense of justice achieved when she helps her clients making right the wrongs done to them.
