‘I feel privileged to play a positive role in people's lives, assisting them through the challenges of the legal process, and helping them rebuild their lives’

As an Associate at the Dandenong branch, Glen Northway works with a team of highly skilled legal practitioners as they strive to secure just compensation for members of the local community.

Admitted to practice in 2011, Glen has always been drawn to personal injuries law. He began his career with a leading defence litigation firm, acting on behalf of insurance companies. Realising his desire to stand up for those in need, Glen moved to plaintiff litigation in 2013 and joined Shine Lawyers shortly after.

As a solicitor, Glen prides himself on his ability to listen to his clients and fully understand their stories. A fierce advocate for each individual he represents, Glen will go above and beyond to stand up for the rights of his clients, ensuring each receives the just results they deserve.
