Emma is a Solicitor with Shine Lawyers’ Head Trauma practice in Maroochydore. Emma is a firm believer in the role the legal system can play in protecting the rights of injured people, and uses this belief to guide her work with clients.   Emma studied a combined Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Law degree at the University of Tasmania where she graduated in 2017. She then completed her Diploma of Legal Practice before being admitted to the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 2018.

Following her admission, Emma worked as a judged associate to the Honourable Justice Geason at the Supreme Court of Tasmania before practicing in a defendant personal injury firm.

Upon relocating to Queensland, Emma joined the firm’s Head Trauma Department where she uses her knowledge and experience of both sides, as well as her familiarity with court processes to help secure great outcomes for clients.
