Emily enjoys the challenge of working in law, especially thinking outside the box to achieve justice for each of her clients.

Motivated by the desire to help people, Emily joined the Shine Lawyers team in 2018, assisting those who have been injured to access the compensation needed to get their lives back on track. Emily has experience with workers compensation claims, motor vehicle accident claims and public liability compensation cases.

Emily is now a part of our Abuse Law team, giving a voice to survivors and working with them to get the acknowledgement, compensation and justice they deserve. She finds being an advocate for abuse survivors extremely rewarding and is constantly inspired by the bravery of her clients.

Emily has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Southern Queensland and her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. She was admitted into the Supreme Court of Queensland in August 2019.
