Denise is an Associate and personal injury expert with over 8 years’ experience working on TAC and motor vehicle accident claims.

Having initially worked in the enquiry department of a personal injuries firm, dealing directly with everyday Australians and hearing their stories, fostered a strong desire to assist people in achieving significant outcomes and accessing social justice. Denise feels that meeting every client and listening to their story only strengthens her commitment to providing exceptional client service to those who are at their most vulnerable, offering a way to get their lives back on track after a traumatic incident.

Denise is proud to have achieved outcomes for clients who have suffered serious permanent disfigurement, even when all avenues seemed closed to them. She has taken the time to not only immerse herself in legislative changes that could impact her clients to ensure she has a strong grasp of these policies, but also lead the way in mentoring her peers to the same level of understanding.

Denise is based at Shine Lawyers’ Epping and is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), with additional Portuguese language skills. She is passionate about breaking down any obstacles to accessing justice that a language barrier might create. Denise recognises that everyone has the right and deserves the opportunity to fight injustice.

“It brings me great satisfaction to relieve my clients of any stress in dealing with the legal side of what’s happened to them so that they can focus on their recovery.”
