Practicing in Worker’s Compensation, Lee enjoys representing workers to ensure they are treated fairly throughout their workers’ compensation claim and to advocate for fair outcomes.
In 2014, Lee commenced work as a Law Clerk at Bradley Bayly Legal while studying Law part-time at Bond University, graduating in 2017. He is due to be admitted this year as a solicitor. Since 2015 Lee has represented workers in District Court applications and at WorkCover. He regularly appears at conciliations and also runs his own arbitrations at WorkCover in his capacity as a Registered Agent.
Lee treats each client’s legal matter with care and respect, as his experience in workers’ compensation over the years has given him an insight in to how a work injury can drastically impact a worker’s life.
