Jessica is the Claims Manager Practice Lead with Shine Lawyers’ Disability and Superannuation practice, based in Brisbane. 

Jessica has worked in various roles with Shine over several years, including as part of the New Client Team and as a claims assessor. She has great compassion for our clients in assisting them accessing insurance payments to help secure their financial future. 

Jessica’s extensive experience at Shine make her an integral part of our Disability and Superannuation team. She works hard to ensure our systems and processes are efficient and effective, to ensure an accessible and streamlined experience for our clients.   

With years of experience in client-facing roles prior to joining Shine, Jessica can quickly prioritise each client’s needs and identify the legal help they need.
