Jess is a Client Intake Solicitor in Shine Lawyers' Personal Injury team. Based in our Sunshine branch, Jess is committed to making the first steps of the legal process feel clear, supportive and less overwhelming for clients navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives.  Jess can help you with:

 Jess began her legal career at Shine as a paralegal before being admitted to practice and building experience across a portfolio of WorkCover and Transport Accident matters. She later worked on the other side of the personal injury process — managing a large portfolio of impairment benefits claims before moving into a legal team role where she ran arbitration proceedings, winning every matter she worked on.   

Returning to Shine as a Client Intake Solicitor, Jess brings a perspective few lawyers can offer. Having navigated both sides of the claims process, she understands how insurers assess claims and what they look for,  insight that gives her clients a genuine advantage from their very first conversation.
