Hannah is a Senior Associate in Shine Lawyers’ Class Actions practice, based in Brisbane. As part of Shine Lawyers’ class actions team, Hannah represents groups of ordinary Australians who have been wronged by governments and big organisations.
Prior to joining Shine Lawyers, Hannah gained considerable class actions experience as a paralegal, solicitor, and associate at another leading Australian plaintiff law firm. Hannah also has experience in legal procedure from her time as a judge’s associate in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
Hannah’s class actions experience includes mass tort, consumer protection and shareholder and product liability class actions. She sees it as a privilege to seek compensation for losses on behalf of group members. Without a class action, those group members may not have been able to bring proceedings themselves, due to financial, legal, or other obstacles.
