Hadi is a Practice Leader in Shine Lawyers’ Class Actions team. Also, an Accredited Specialist in commercial litigation with a primary practice in class actions, Hadi is skilled and experienced at dealing with complex, high-stakes litigation across Federal and State jurisdictions (at trial and appellate level).
During his time at Shine Lawyers, Hadi has been involved in a variety of class actions across employment law (relating to the misclassification of employment status and employee entitlements), financial services and superannuation.
Hadi plays a critical role in investigating and commencing new class actions, as well as contributing to the firm’s submissions to various parliamentary committees.
Prior to joining Shine Lawyers, Hadi practiced primarily in commercial litigation & dispute resolution, acting on behalf of high net worth individuals, medium sized enterprises and large multinationals with Australian interests.
With significant experience, knowledge and education, Hadi is humbled by the opportunities that class actions provide to people to access justice on a mass scale.
