“No one deserves to be denied access to compensation for injuries caused by others and institutional failures. Our team work tirelessly to ensure our clients get justice and can move forward with their lives.”
Emily is part of our Abuse Team in our Adelaide branch, working tirelessly to support and empower clients as they draw the line between right and wrong and seek the restitution they deserve. She specialises in helping clients pursue claims related to being detained in immigration detention centres.
Prior to her admission, Emily worked in a Family Law firm and was also a Legal Officer for the South Australian Ombudsman. With a passion for helping others and a keen interest in social justice and progress, Emily knew early on that a career in law was for her.
After completing her Bachelor of Laws with the University of Adelaide, Emily also has a Bachelor of Arts (Political and International Studies). She finished her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with the College of Law and was admitted to the legal profession in 2021.
