Darcy is a solicitor in Shine Lawyers' Medical Negligence team. Based in our Brisbane branch, Darcy is committed to securing the best possible outcomes for clients who have been let down by the healthcare professionals they trusted.

Prior to joining Shine, Darcy gained experience in plaintiff-side personal injury law across workplace and road accident matters, before serving as a Judges' Associate to a Justice of the Supreme Court of Queensland — a role that developed a deep, practical understanding of how the law operates at the highest level.

Darcy also brings a distinctive allied health background to the role, having previously qualified and worked as a self-employed audiologist — experience that provides a genuine advantage when navigating the medical and clinical dimensions of complex negligence claims.

Known for personability and a strong work ethic, Darcy takes the time to understand each client's unique circumstances and the goals that have led them to seek justice.
