"Knowing that I have helped make a meaningful difference to someone’s life is what it’s all about."

Medical negligence
Personal injury

Chloe understands that, for most people, the legal process can be complex and difficult to understand. She feels it is important to help people navigate the process by breaking down the process and explaining it in clear, simple terms.

Chloe believes that it is important to make clients feel comfortable to ask questions and to tell their story. Most importantly, she is driven by a desire to champion the rights of her clients.

Chloe is a compensation law expert with over 9 years’ experience in the legal industry, including 5 years in personal injury law. Having previously worked across Workers CompensationMotor Vehicle Accident and Public Liability claims, she has spent the last few years helping people impacted by Medical Negligence.

Working in Medical Law, Chloe knows that her clients are in an especially vulnerable place. People have placed their health and wellbeing in the hands of trusted medical professionals and when that trust is broken by negligent treatment and their injuries or conditions are made worse because of that treatment, Chloe is a passionate advocate for their having access to compensation.

Chloe has previously assisted in coronial inquests against some of the biggest medical institutions in Queensland, resulting in improved patient care and management and changes to the training of medical staff. She is pleased that the coronial process can sometimes result in improvements to the medical industry itself. But what inspires her daily is getting her clients compensation to make their lives more comfortable – whether that be compensation for ongoing treatment, assistance around the home, or to pay their bills and put food on the table because they can no longer work.

"The reality is, nothing can put my clients back in the position they were in prior to their injuries, or make their injuries disappear, but adequate compensation will help them to live more comfortably and move forward with their lives. Knowing that I have helped make a meaningful difference to someone’s life is what it’s all about."
