Charlotte Rae

Charlotte is a solicitor with Shine Lawyers’ Abuse Law team in Canberra. 

Charlotte gained broad legal experience while working as a law clerk at boutique firms in Newcastle during her legal studies at the University of Newcastle. She worked with clients in medical negligence, company law, wills and estates and crime.  

While studying, Charlotte volunteered at the University of Newcastle Legal Centre, and worked pro bono to support a local criminal lawyer with Legal Aid work. Both experiences inspired Charlotte to pursue a legal career standing up for the little guy, the most vulnerable in our community.
