"It’s incredibly rewarding seeing the impact our work has on people’s lives and the difference we can make when we take the weight off their shoulders by delivering compensation."
Brielle is a Senior Associate in Shine Lawyers’ Medical Law practice who works between our Sydney and Wollongong offices. Since being admitted to practice in 2014 she has become adept in her field, having gained experience working across many areas of personal injury law including workers compensation claims, motor vehicle claims and public liability claims.
Brielle enjoys being a part of this team as it provides a platform for individuals and communities who may not otherwise have the opportunity or means to seek justice from large and powerful entities that have committed wrongs against them.
She is passionate about helping those around her who have suffered as a result of someone else’s negligence and is driven to provide the best possible outcome for her clients. Brielle enjoys thinking outside the box for clients with difficult cases and people whose claim has been put in the ‘too hard basket’ by other firms.
In 2021, a Parliamentary Inquiry was called to investigate the lack of basic medical care for Australians in remote, rural and regional towns across New South Wales and Victoria.
Supporting the Shine Lawyers response to the inquiry, Brielle and the Medical Law team visited several regional communities to offer free, private legal consultations for residents who were severely impacted by the rural health crisis.
Passionate about improving access to justice for all Australians, Brielle met with many locals in Wellington and Dubbo. She worked tirelessly to support each client, ensuring they understood their legal rights.
