Ben is involved in the following Class Actions:
Ben is a Solicitor working in Shine’s Class Actions Practice and has a passion for commercial litigation and technology law. As a third-generation lawyer, Ben has a strong connection with the law and strives to obtain justice for those who have been wronged.
Ben was awarded the university prize for his independent research project into the law surrounding loot-boxes in Australia, before graduating with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and Bachelor of Business with Distinction (majoring in Advertising) from the Queensland University of Technology in 2021. Ben then went on to complete a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in July 2022.
Prior to joining Shine Lawyers, Ben worked in an Insurance, Personal Injury and Professional Indemnity practice and has also had experience working in a Planning and Environment practice and at a Legal Technology Startup.
