Having joined Shine Lawyers in 2012, I have extensive experience working in plaintiff litigation and enjoy getting great results for clients. I have won a number of leading cases in this area of law with one particular victory setting a precedence in the courts. I appreciate working for Shine Lawyers as they offer a personal service to all clients and share my passion for empowering people to stand their ground.
When clients come to us, they are often confused and unsure of their rights to compensation. It’s a personal mission of mine to understand where they are coming from and provide clarity to them around what their options are to move forward. I believe this, when coupled with my extensive negotiation and advocacy skills, allow me to represent them to the fullest at settlement conferences, arbitrations and conciliations.
As an Associate in the Sydney CBD Branch, my primary objective is to stand up for people who have been wronged and achieve the best possible result so they can get their life back on track.
“From the initial phone call with Sharron I felt at ease and confident that we were in good hands, her compassion and understanding of what we were going through and her passion to right wrong is second to none. Sharron and her team always had our best interests at heart and fought for us right through to the end. I have no doubt that without Sharron we would not have obtained the outcome that we have.”

“Thanks very much Sharron for all your support with helping my son Jack gain a great result at his recent compensation claim. You are always warm and friendly, speak slowly and clearly. Thanks again. Warm regards“
