A Special Counsel with more than a decade of experience, Martha is driven to help clients through what can be an extremely tough period in their lives. Martha’s primary area of practice is Abuse Law. As a member of the Abuse Law practice, Martha stands up as a voice for clients who have suffered through the failings of schools, businesses and other institutions.

I am proud to always take the time to listen to my clients' stories, as well as understanding how to explain the legal process in a simple, easy-to-understand way.

Martha began her career in law in the UK, working as a legal executive specialising in Personal Injury law. In 2004, she was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. In 2008, she moved to Australia to work for Shine Lawyers. She was able to utilise and transfer her UK skills and qualifications before being admitted as a solicitor in Queensland in 2013.
