Jason Hunt is a Senior Solicitor with Shine Lawyers’ Bundall office, bringing over twelve years of experience in compensation litigation.

A career involving the law was always Jason’s dream. When his initial plans of becoming a law enforcement officer were dashed by colour blindness, he funnelled his passion for the law into his studies. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology in 2006, returning later to complete his Master of Laws.

Jason now provides specialist advice on public liability, workers’ compensation and motor vehicle accident claims to members of the local Bundall community.

As a former defendant lawyer at a prominent Queensland law firm, Jason has an in-depth understanding of the tactics and techniques employed by the opposition. He knows how they think, plan and manage cases, and is able to utilise this strategic insight to his clients’ advantage.

Tenacious and hard-working, Jason thrives on the challenges of negligence law and will expertly navigate the complexities of the legal system to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients.
