Irena gained her legal qualifications from Deakin University where she completed her Bachelor of Laws with Honours. She was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2015 and commenced work as a Solicitor in plaintiff law with a Victorian firm.
In 2016, Irena joined the team at Shine Reservoir to further her skills in plaintiff litigation. Irena is highly adept in running all forms of compensation claims, but holds a particular interest in WorkCover matters, fighting for individuals who have suffered in their place of work.
Hardworking and committed, Irena ensures the needs of her client are always paramount and will explain the legal process clearly and concisely to ensure each person she represents understands their rights under the law.
Irena is of proud Croatian heritage. She speaks fluent Croatian and is able to converse openly with Croatian clients in their own language.
