Ever since she was in primary school holding mock trials in the playground, Charlotte Evans knew she wanted to be a lawyer. When she grew up, she realised law offered something even more exciting than sharp suits: the potential to assist people by making the complicated manageable.

“I listen, take the time to explain and care about getting the right outcomes in even the most difficult of claims.”

Charlotte studied in the UK, obtaining LLB Honours and a diploma in legal practice. She was qualified and admitted in England and Wales in 2001. In 2012 she moved to Australia and joined the team at Shine Lawyers.

With over 15 years’ experience in plaintiff legal work, Charlotte appreciates that when it comes to her clients, the most important thing is to listen.

“I learn so much from the clients I meet in this work. Each client is unique, has a different background and a story to tell.”

Passionate about achieving results for her clients, Charlotte will go above and beyond to ensure each person she represents receives the justice they deserve.
