Caryn has always been interested in Law. She was particularly drawn to Plaintiff Law by the opportunity to meaningfully help vulnerable members of the community. Specialising in Medical Negligence and Personal Injury claims, she not only has the attention to detail required to make an excellent technical lawyer but has accrued a great deal of technical knowledge too. She cares deeply about each of her clients and is invested in seeing that justice is done and that their rights and futures are protected.
Caryn’s first role as a lawyer was at a large national firm called Clayton Utz. There she worked in a number of areas of law and did predominantly defendant work. This was followed by a move to a plaintiff firm called Beilby Poulden Costello, where she learned to love Medical Negligence litigation.
A member of Australian Lawyers Alliance, NSW Law Society and Law Society Mentoring Program, Caryn is a well-rounded individual with diverse interests. Outside of her day job she volunteers as a mentor to young solicitors and also works as a professional singer.
