Andy studied law at Macquarie University, majoring in Corporate and Commercial with Honours. He represented Macquarie in national advocacy-based competitions. He continues to remain involved as a coach and judge, as well as running workshops for the Macquarie University Law Society. He completed his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law.
Andy is fluent in Mandarin and has a history of representing Mandarin-speaking clients. He regularly attends Chinese community events across Western Sydney and the North Shore.
