Ravin has more than 30 years’ experience in the finance, professional services and construction industries, having commenced his career at accounting firm Touche Ross & Co before joining Watpac Limited, where he held the position of CFO for nearly two decades.
Ravin joined the Group as Chief Financial Officer, with responsibility for the financial direction of the Group, in November 2016.
Prior to his work at Shine, Ravin held the role of General Manager of Commercial & Strategy at a Queensland-based civil engineering consultancy service. Here, Ravin was responsible for developing and implementing new strategic plans to manage significant income and cash flow.
Ravin has also held positions as Accounting and Commercial Business Executives, granting him extensive experience in business acquisitions and divestments, high-level strategic debt financing, and the management and structuring of joint ventures and public private partnerships. He is a strong negotiator, a clear communicator and an invaluable addition to Shine's financial division.
