David is a Senior Associate based in the Geelong office.
He has more than a decade of experience in compensation law and has practised in a number of jurisdictions, including Queensland and Tasmania.
During his time in Tasmania, he was responsible for establishing a national firm’s workers’ compensation practice.
David has had conduct of a diverse variety of matters, including workers’ compensation, road incidents, public/product liability and medical negligence. He has a special interest in matters involving traumatic brain injury, as well as consumer protections/guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
