Will Barsby is the National Special Counsel of the Superannuation and Federal Compensation Law practices at Shine Lawyers.

A passionate, empathetic and human rights focused plaintiff lawyer, Will specialises in assisting clients with workplace rights matters including sexual harassment and discrimination cases. Will also has a formidable practice advocating for clients making superannuation and life insurance claims regularly holding bad behaving corporations to account. Will holds a degree of Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology and a Diploma in Legal Practice at the Queensland College of Law.  Will practices in all jurisdictions across Australia as an Officer of the Supreme Court of Queensland and is also admitted to the High Court of Australia.

Will is an active member of the legal profession, regularly speaking at industry events and is both a member of the Queensland Law Society and the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
