Will Barsby is the National Special Counsel with Shine Lawyers’ Consumer Dispute Resolution¬†practice. He leads a national team of highly engaged legal experts who specialise in helping everyday Australians¬†navigate their legal journeys.

Will is an experienced and highly effective operations and general manager, with significant experience in plaintiff law and life insurance claims. He has held various leadership positions in both private and ASX-listed companies, and has a proven track record delivering best practice legal operations.

Before joining the team at Shine, Will worked for one of Australia’s leading insurance companies where he was responsible for managing a complex case portfolio of high-risk CTP claims. He transitioned back to the legal industry in 2011, joining Shine Lawyers soon after.

As National Special Counsel, Will is responsible for leading a team of over 40 staff across the country. He is driven by an unwavering commitment to his clients and will go above and beyond to ensure every individual who visits Shine receives legal services of the highest quality.
