‘I genuinely care about my clients and getting the results that will make a difference in their lives.’

An experienced Senior Solicitor at Shine Lawyers’ Bundall branch, Tenelle May provides compensation legal services to members of the Bundall and surrounding communities.

Tenelle obtained her Bachelor of Laws from Griffith University on the Gold Coast. Even as a student, Tenelle demonstrated a keen interest in the law, representing Australia in the Brown Mosten International Client Consultation Competition.

Tenelle was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2014. She has always specialised in plaintiff litigation, working as a Solicitor for some prominent Queensland law firms before joining Shine Lawyers in 2017.

Tenelle’s determination and genuine passion for her clients have made her a caring, empathetic lawyer who never settles for second best. Her favourite part of plaintiff law is the opportunity to spend time with her clients every day, hearing their stories and guiding them through what can be an incredibly challenging time.
