An experienced solicitor, Sarah’s primary area of practice is class actions. Her background includes successful practice in civil litigation in a variety of areas such as contract, tort, property, equity, insurance, insolvency, bankruptcy, trade practices and consumer protection.

Sarah’s expertise and vast experience was fundamental to the class action against Johnson & Johnson for defective pelvic mesh implants, where justice was secured for thousands of Australian women whose lives were destroyed after receiving faulty implants.

Prior to joining the Shine Lawyers team, Sarah worked in both defendant and plaintiff firms representing an extensive range of clients including corporations, high net worth individuals, government, insurers and bodies corporate.

Sarah completed both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of International Business at Griffith University followed by a Master of Laws at the Queensland University of Technology.
